I am 23 years old and I usually ramble about things that are totally irrelevant to others but who cares? Art, photography, duct tape, sports, biking, different types of tea, alcohol, bars, hookah, and science all intrigue me.
Oh and my birthday is October 7 and I got my undergrad in Chemistry.
San Diego is home but I go to school in New Mexico.

This is how we welcomed @_nicolereyes into her 19th year. Hit up the #oldegym and crushed a killer #WOD. Started with a warm up. Rowing, kettlebell swings, and air squats. Then for WOD A: Deadlifts

Back and bi kinda day with Lauren at the #oldegym here in #sandiego #california ! Warmed with 1000m row (5:15) battle ropes, rope climber, box jumps, and KB (25#) step ups. Ended with weighted abs & cardio - hiit cardio - Jacobs ladder and stair master. Then a 15 min sauna session. πŸ’ͺ😘

My ” #greensmoothie ” .. 2 cups spinach, 3/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice, 3/4
cup water, 1 banana, 2 cups strawberries, 1/2 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup carrots. Talk about vitamin C booster. Yielded two servings. My dads been feeling under the weather, so I made him one.. Lauren and I will be heading up to Venice beach and santa Monica today! Gonna need the energy! Ciao! Happy training all!

My weakness is pizza!! O…. Here is my ultimate #CHEATMEALπŸ•πŸ•πŸ• except this one isn’t AS bad as leading pizzas ha. The crust is made of COCONUT FLOUR. 🌴 Yep.. Made that bad boy from scratch. Total #paleo status right there ha. Then.. Made the pizza sauce from scratch.. #organic tomatoes and paste.. #fresh garlic cloves and onions cooked in EVOO. πŸ‘ Along with various spices. 😊 
Meat Toppings are: Columbus brand pepperoni. (No gluten, no MSG..) home style hot turkey sausage, and Apple gate brand nitrate free bacon. 
Veggies: Onions, green bell peppers, jalapeños, mushrooms. 
Cheese: mozzarella

Cinnamon apple belgian chocolate protein French toast,  topped with sautéed pink lady apples and sugar free syrup … I’m sure you guys were tired of my pancakes haha. 
Gonna start macro counting again! 😁 -1 egg white + 1 whole egg
-1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk -1 scoop protein powder - cinnamon - Ezekiel bread (3 slices)

Mix well and soak bread. Cook in a pan lightly coated with olive oil. Cook until golden brown! 
Macros: (vary depending on protein powder - I use a gluten, wheat, sugar & lactose free powder with no artificial sweeteners, flavors, fillers or synthetic ingredients.) Fats: 7.1g
Carbs: 47.9g (11.5g dietary/0.6g sugar) 
Protein: 52.2g
